Biography
- Tetsu Matsukawa received his B.E., M.E., and D.E. degrees from University of Tsukuba in 2006, 2008 and 2011, respectively.
He worked as a project research associate at Institute of Industrial Science, the University of Tokyo from 2011 to 2014.
From 2014, he is an assistant professor at Kyushu University.
- He conducted research works on Person re-identification , Feature Extraction , CNN Feature Transfer ,
Metric Learning (Discriminant Analysis) , Illumination normalization for face recognition , Image classification .
- He regularly serves as a reviewer of CV, PR, ML conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML
